At SYC, we can help apprentices and employers understand the government payments and incentives available to support training and workforce development. These programs assist apprentices to start and complete their qualifications, while helping employers grow a skilled and capable team.
Mentoring & Support
We’re here to support apprentices, trainees, and employers every step of the way.
Our free mentoring and support service helps apprentices stay on track, build confidence and overcome challenges at work, in training or in life. We can assist with workplace issues, study support and personal matters, and connect you with services for housing, transport, finances or wellbeing.
For employers, we work alongside you to make managing apprentices easier. Our team can help resolve workplace or training challenges, strengthen communication and support motivation and engagement.
With practical guidance, expert advice and connections to specialist support, we’re here to help everyone succeed.
